I have a collection of security cameras that no longer work. So I bought a Cuddeback (other than this model). It should take photos and videos if you set it up that way. He's only shooting a video now, but it works. It has a simpler interface, costs less, and should take photos and videos if you set both. Some time ago he stopped doing both and only takes pictures. Okay, it wasn't too expensive so I can live with that. But for the past few weeks, every time we look for an SD card, the camera says it's full and there's nothing on the card. So I bought a new card! Same thing this weekend - the camera said full but there was nothing on the map at all, completely blank. I went to the Cuddeback website to try and get support and I'm not technically savvy but I find the site very confusing in terms of support. Additionally, Cuddeback only provides support for Windows PC users. I'm a Mac user and I guess they didn't consider half the people on this planet when deciding not to support Macs! I don't think I would buy another Cuddeback and would not recommend this model at all!
