Nice portable massager. However, at $90, I expected it to be a bit better than the cheaper ones. reach the neck area. So the seat itself is on the short side. I'm 5ft and the wheels are perfect for my height. Second, the seat is not durable/structured. It sags when used on the couch. , the advertised gel rollers are not. Rollers feel hard rather than soft. Pros
  • SOOTHING HEAT THERAPY - The Shiatsu Back Massager has a built in heating pad that covers the entire back. Equipped with an overheat protection system and a 15-minute auto shut-off timer.
