I love these sheets. After learning that science has caught up with spirituality, I had to understand! I fell at the wedding because I knew I might have a bruise on my left leg for quite a while. On the second morning I awoke from sleeping on linen sheets. It didn't hurt me to walk up the stairs. I looked at my leg and only had a small bruise on the inside of my ankle compared to what I suspected from the initial pain. There is no weakness in this ankle, I will be able to wear heels next weekend, I was amazed at how quick the recovery was. With years and weak ankles, I know what my body usually does after an injury. Aside from waking up every morning with mental clarity and joy, it was a win-win situation🙌🏼🙌🏼
