I am very happy with my new Serta mid back chair. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. All items were well packaged and undamaged. The instructions were easy and I assembled the chair in about 30 minutes. The chair fits me perfectly - I'm 1.60m tall and can sit with my feet on the floor. I have multiple bulged discs in my lower back that cause severe pain, especially when I have to sit for a long time. The lumbar support moves with me as I lean forward and back - it took me a while to get used to it, but the extra support has helped my lower back and I'm able to sit for longer periods without back pain. Carpet in my office so the wheels don't move as freely as I would like, but I can live with limited chair movement - I can always get a floor mat if I need it. This is something to think about when considering this chair. If you're one of those people who like to lean back while working, this chair is for you. Considering the price, which I think is reasonable, this chair is well made and looks more expensive than it is. Overall a great chair.
