TERRIBLE! - Heating, cooling and air quality
Used 5 or 10 times and now makes a loud grinding noise. I contacted them a few months ago but they didn't help me and referred me back to Revane to take care of them. No solution to the problem. My granddaughter woke up sick and now we have to trudge and buy a new one. I might as well take $50 and light it up. Speaking of fire, I was lucky, at least mine didn't melt (see other post) and endanger my family.
