The pattern and thread were fine but the fabric that came with the kit was unusable due to quality control issues. It was askew and too loosely woven. On the left is the supplied fabric, on the right is the replacement fabric I bought. One of the reasons I buy kits instead of samples is that the nearest craft store is 45 minutes away. So having to travel back and forth because I couldn't use the fabric that came with the kit was very disappointing.
