Review on 💎 Optimized Jacquard Lumiere Exciter Pack featuring 9 Vibrant Jewel Colors by Kelsey Brown

This is a really good range of very pretty colours. Shades "Halo" are very beautiful - duochrome effect. *Be sure to shake these colors before use to evenly distribute the gold reflective pigment. *Some of the strings on my bottles have broken. (In fact 3 out of 9 bottles had broken threads - so 1/3 of this pack.) This makes screwing the caps on and off a little painful. For those with arthritic hands, this will be a hassle. To be honest I expected more from Jacquard for the price. I had to work around these edges with an exacto knife to scrape off the extra plastic pieces, which helped make the pads a little easier to put on and take off. If you already have a good selection of acrylic paints, it may be more beneficial to simply purchase a pearl supplement and mix it yourself. :) It's even better if you have golden flakes for reflection. Another thing to consider is that these colors want to rise significantly. I only use them for my nail art so I can get around that, but on canvas they most likely need acrylic flow. In general they will work fine for my (small) use. I just wish there was constant quality control of the bottles Jacquard uses.
