Never have I felt comfortable with headphones. . It was so far. These pieces are snug enough for jogging but comfortable enough to wear for hours. I wear them for runs and long walks and haven't had any issues with them falling out or needing constant adjustment like the ones I've tried in the past. The ability to hear ambient sounds is a nice feature, although you're in a very noisy area (e.g. a construction site, a very loud car/truck passing nearby, etc.) the music can be transient be muted. However, it is better to be safe than sorry. Recommend.
