I bought 2 of these drills to drill 4 holes in brick. Each required hole was 1.6 inches deep. I used a competitor's chisel and was able to drill the first 3 holes with great difficulty using a large slow drill. Then this chisel was useless. (Made in China of course). I bought 2 of these Dewalt masonry pieces thinking they had to be better. I finished drilling the 3rd quarter inch deep hole with a Dewalt bit and then started drilling the fourth hole. The next half inch went well, and the last inch was almost impossible. Then this chisel was useless. My conclusion: if you plan to use these bits, consider one bit for every 2 inches of drilling in brick, plus a lot of labor and about $2.50 per inch of hole.
