Instructions not included. There is no Allen key to tighten the bit couplings. The holes in some drills were too large for drill shanks, especially step drills; the collar screw did not tighten the collar to the stem. The 6/8/10 mm drill shafts were too short to penetrate the wood sufficiently. The drill bits had eaten into the aluminum bushings and body, making the fixture inaccurate. The sample screws provided were Phillips screwdrivers and the screwdriver was a Robertson (square) head. It's a shame this mount is so bad as the body is made from beautiful polished aluminum with an adjustable jig to determine the thickness of the wood. I bought this kit to use on wood 1/2" thick or thinner, but it turned out to be a disappointment as there are several kits available for thinner wood. Kreg has one, but believes it's only compatible with their existing systems. Of course, Revain sells kits made from thinner wood for about the same price. I'm not sure how good they are for 1/2" wood.
