Review on Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm 📷 f/1.8G Lens: Exceptional Image Quality and Versatility by Ha Joon Joon
Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.
There was an opportunity to take a 50mm 1.4G, but I didn’t like it, it doesn’t have an aspherical lens and it’s not so sharp ! And it costs almost twice as much, on the aperture already F4 you will understand by comparing both copies. Despite the fact that it is cheap, it is not necessary to say that it will only work for budget carcasses! I compared 1.4G and 1.8G on Nikon D 800. Fine-tune AF and it will miss AF much less !
Pros
- High sharpness, both in the center and at the edges, fast autofocus, aspherical lens, good bokeh.
Cons
- there are none in their segment, the glass is good. Under the guarantee from adjust if that.
