I'm renovating my garage and part of it is having a lot of easily accessible hand tools on a high I want to minimize the possibility of it tipping over, falling on the car etc. I have 2" rubber coated wheels but I chose them for two reasons. Firstly they are taller which makes them easy to climb over small obstacles can roll on the ground, second, it's better to use levers, and third, they each have locking paddles on all 4 wheels. That way I can push it against the wall and not worry about it moving. I flooded my garage at a slight angle so all of the water ran into the driveway. While the angle isn't steep enough for carts etc to roll away, it's reassuring to have a lock you can control with your feet to secure. I also like that the neck of the mounting screw is 1 inch long. . This is the right size for the 3/4 inch plywood base they will be mounted on and leaves enough room for a mounting nut on top. As for the wheels, they're not bad.
