To my great surprise, no instruction manual is included with this product. Three AA batteries are included. The power is on, the controller glows an eerie blue. It shows three modes and then there's an H button that displays "HOT" with a glowing red light! Mechanical sound is everywhere, I might think twice before owning it. Although I feel a little more comfortable after using the product, the loud obsessive sound made me unable to relax, like someone breathing with an iron lung! Not impressive, to say the least.
