When I bought this filter I accidentally bought a 32oz water bottle filter instead of the 40oz. The only difference between them is the length of the straw. I didn't realize my mistake until the filter came. I emailed the company about my issue and they responded quickly and sent me a longer straw to fit my 40 ounce bottle size and a really nice sticker for free. I was really impressed with their customer service. The filter is just as great. They work great and the straw and filter are easy to remove so you can clean them easily but they don't fall apart when you use them. The water at my university tastes very metallic, but once I started using my filtered water bottle the metallic taste went away and now the water actually tastes good. The caps that came with the filter also work very well and are better made than branded sport caps like the ones I have and they have a rubber cap on the bite valve which makes drinking water more comfortable than with a hydroflask cap. . Plus, when you drink water, you can't even tell you're using a filter. Overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy replacement filters when they run out.
