I was surprised by the quality for the price.

It's comfortable, it doesn't fade, it's great on ice and uphill, it won't dull in deep snow, the spikes won't fall out, it's surprisingly quiet (in comparison to the competition), and I haven't seen any wear at all. The absence of a 20th radius was a major letdown for me. I was planning on buying this rubber for a different vehicle, but now I have two options. EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED! (before, we had pirelli ice zero r16s, which were superb all-weather handlers thanks to their thick, solid rubber construction, but were extremely loud) Success to everyone!
- After over 2200 kilometers on a set of R19 245/45 tires (with all its spikes in place), we can attest to their quiet and comfortable ride, as well as their ability to effortlessly and safely ascend a snowy road with an incline of 10-15 degrees. It snows well, it's difficult to break into a skid because it clings well to snow porridge and ice, on dry pavement I didn't notice that the rubber floats as they wrote in other comments, with my radius and width it stands rooted to the spot even in a rut both in plus and minus temperature, and it slaps the joints pleasantly, though I noticed that my summer Continental works harder at the joints. Used them for all four seasons. Extremely content! When rowing on ice and snow, your spikes will not come loose. The tires performed admirably (emergency braking, collision avoidance) in a number of high-stakes scenarios. The rubber is as soft and silent as he said it would be (many people say studded tires can't be quiet, but I've found to be untrue! Three times as loud in the summer!
- 1) The disc punctured two cord threads, resulting in a hernia, and unpleasant sediment was left in the hole when the asphalt was cut for installing fresh asphalt after 1200 kilometers. I flew into one of those pits with these tires on for three consecutive winters, and the sidewall was much softer than it would have been with pirelli ice zero. Maybe it's just me, though, because the pirelli took more of a hit, and the pirelli's profile is higher (65 millimeters vs. 45 millimeters) in this case. 2) It appeared like the rubber moved around a bit during emergency braking, and the stopping distance was slightly longer than it had been with the same pirelli (give yourself more room, and you'll be safer). after 3 years of use on dry pavement, brake roll is minimal and stopping distance is increased (in comparison to summer tires), but otherwise the vehicle behaves as expected and no harm is done. No further hernias occurred. The one I mentioned in my article was patched, so it no longer protrudes.
