My daughter decided that she wanted to be Velma the week before Halloween, and I knew the only place I could find her skirt in a short amount of time was Revane. I was looking for about an hour before I came across this skirt. I was a bit hesitant at first but after reading some reviews and looking at some pictures I decided to buy it. The skirt is very elastic and soft; the material is thicker than i expected. My daughter is a bit tall for her age (6 years) so she needed shorts underneath but overall a great purchase!
