Works great and costs a lot less. Got this one as it matches my Riff coffee table. Required a little less than 20 inches tall and this was 18 inches tall and fit perfectly. I rid my aquarium of bacteria in the first cycle and now 2 months later with 1 Yellow Surgeonfish, 2 Frostbite Clownfish, 2 Purple Lionfish, 1 Garden Pea, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, a handful of Blue Legged Hermit Crabs and 15 Trocus Snails. This skimmer and my Refugium Hutto keep my nitrates around 0. Now I need to find a DC pump to control them better. In addition, the whole thing is very easy to clean.
