I like that they are able to customize their product for us and make it easy to use by adding additional features as our needs change. Their support team has been very helpful at every step! They do all kinds of things from patient portals to scheduling appointments. The only thing we dislike about them is how slow their response time can be when you have questions or need help with something specific. It's not always instant gratification. If there isn't immediate assistance, sometimes you don't get your answer until weeks later (or even months). But this doesn't happen often.
