It can be used as an operational tool or data collection source as well - it's up to you! I am working with this software daily, but sometimes have difficulty finding what i need when searching via keyboard shortcuts etc. There are many different ways to navigate between screens/sections; however, we do not always find them easily if they don't exist within your current view. This program has helped us streamline how quickly orders arrive into inventory while also providing visibility throughout the entire supply chain.
