A good product, I advise you to try it.
I purchased it through CITILINK, intended to expedite the money-return process, went to a recognized center by myself, brought an act, and pledged to return it in a day. Yet, you must ultimately wait 10 days. I bought the same thing from another seller and marked it with "1021" because I was offended by Amazon. The HP 14s-dq1021ur cost 3000 less. With delivery to Hong Kong, those are available for $39000.

- My HP 14s-dq1012ur model number. It found out that the touchpad wasn't functional. returned the product to the merchant. The buttons are thin. 2022 has tiny letters. If you are already selling in 2022, kindly use the standard keyboard characters. If the vision is not perfect, nothing at all can then be seen. Only 2 USB ports; we could add another; otherwise, I would have had to use a mouse. Additionally, you can't transfer data from one flash drive to another; you must carry a splitter.
