Review on 🔧 TYC - 2695 04-08 Mazda RX8 1.3L Manual Transmission 1R Passenger Side Radiator by Ken Wilson

The product came fairly quickly and the cooler was bought to replace the factory original. It is worth noting that the upper tank of the factory radiator crumbled at the inlet pipe, to which the filler hose is connected, as a result of which the coolant splattered all over the front of the car. When unboxing the TYC heatsink it was nice to see the fan shroud mounting nuts and top brackets in the heatsink mounts, a nice touch. So why 4 stars? Because the steel and aluminum parts of the cooler were painted silver before the plastic tanks were flanged (there was no overspray on the black plastic parts). It would be better if the metal parts were properly galvanized (steel) and anodized (aluminum). Otherwise the fit and finish was pretty good, and the swap went well with whatever was on the factory cooler. Mazda RX8 2007
