-Easy-to use; no previous training is required.-Good support by sales people when needed.The system can be used in many ways, for instance you could create different groups that are able to manage their own asset tracking or even better integrate with other systems of yours (if they have). There were some issues regarding performance but this was only because we had an old version at one point so there should not be any issue anymore if using newer versions. If you want to keep detailed records about all type of assets and also make them easily available to everyone then I would highly recommend this software. It's easy to train users as well since the interface looks similar from device to another. We do inventory management of our products/assets which helps us know how much stock will run out soon without having to go around finding everything manually every time.
