Update added at the end! Is it possible that I received an old or poor quality reel? Yes, that is possible. The end results are extremely bad. I should have stopped at the front page and sent it back, but unfortunately I didn't. It wasn't a bike finish, it was straight out of the box and treated with denatured alcohol. Cleanliness is like a whistle. Pros: #1. Very few air bubbles needed to be removed and that's where the positives end. Cons: #1. The sides of the tape were sticky and will remain sticky no matter how you try to peel them off. It looks like the glue is old and spread on the surface of the tape, looks ugly and attracts dirt. #2 Even after rounding the corners with fresh razors, they went up on day 2. They immediately turned yellow. So something is wrong with the adhesive film. Even without cycling, the "long" (or side) edges look terrible with excess glue, and some ends are curled up. Not impressed and would not recommend. A complete waste of $$, time and effort. UPDATE: Although my first impression was negative, after contacting the company representative I received fresh rolls and the difference between day and night. I've reapplied fresh buns and they look amazing and have kept that look.
