This card just works. It fit into my PCI-E slot and I didn't have to bend the bracket to install it. It doesn't have headers for LEDs or an external LED, but it does have internal read/access LEDs if you have a case window. I miss and don't miss not being able to connect it to the HDD activity LEDs in my case, I need them for all other drives. And he's black, so that's good. A+SIIG
