This key was perfect for my 2013 Nissan Sentra. It's quickly programmed using a method I found through a quick internet search and is used as a spare key in case another gets locked in the car. One disappointing thing is that the car won't start unless a technician with access to the right software programs the car to recognize it. Nissan wanted over $200 for it so I'll just leave it as a key. Electronic keys are great for locking, unlocking and beeping. I had a key made for free at a warehouse at home and it locks and unlocks the door with no problems. Failure to program this key to self-start the vehicle is not the fault of the key or its manufacturer. Nissan just wants more money.
