First time using this brand on my camera LCD and loved it so bought it for my Garmin. If you wear gloves, wipe the surface and apply the screen protector correctly, it should fit snugly to the screen with no bubbles. I let it dry overnight and put books around the Garmin to keep it level. I have had a shield on my Garmin for over a year now and have not only hiked but also bushwalked and canyoning. The shield has perfectly withstood some loads and a lot of moisture. There are not even visible scratches, blisters or delaminations on the shield. I clean it with lens cleaner, but it's a little less sharp than the screen itself. But that's exactly why you buy a product like this, to protect a screen that just needs to be visible.
