Strong magnet, good if you just stick it on the window.
I've been using this on my car windshield mount for the last week or so and the thing held up. I have a sports car with a very stiff factory suspension so I can feel every bump in the road and I drive through some really bad spots and this thing didn't move. I was skeptical at first because it seemed like this magnet was slowly slipping off, but after driving for over half an hour it stayed in place.
