Review on Kohler GP1021724 CP Kitchen Sink Hose by Zach Clements

I bought this side sprayer to replace the one that originally came with our Kohler K-10412 kitchen faucet. It works well but the reinforced vinyl tubing used for this side atomizer feels quite stiff even when new and will yellow over time and is much less flexible. I would have preferred to replace that cheap vinyl hose with a high quality braided stainless steel hose but have not been able to find one that fits our application with 1/2" FIP on one end and 1/4" x 18 NPSM on the other. The evaporator body itself is made of chrome-plated plastic and is externally identical to the old one. For what it's worth I'm happy with that, but will continue to look for an aftermarket side sprayer that includes a better quality braided stainless steel hose.
