I still have a pair of Merrill Glove shoes that I really like. This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have because they are shaped like your feet. The toe box is wide and not pointed like most sneakers and follows the normal shape of the foot which is why they called it the Glove I think. Because they fit like a glove. Unfortunately, Merrill changed what made these shoes great and distinctive. They are long and pointed like traditional tennis shoes and actually very narrow. As if Merrill had done the exact opposite. My old Merrills were a size 10. I've tried both 10 and 10 1/2 and even at 10 1/2 I clenched my toes so tight it hurt to put these shoes on.
