It is difficult to use this roller for a long time because my hand is irritated and very dry for a few minutes and I get irritated easily. The handle needed padding and now I need to find some sort of padding to add to it. I wrap the towel so I can use it for a long time. The rollers themselves feel great on the skin and appear to help remove lactic acid buildup and improve circulation. I can't say if it helps with cellulite as I haven't seen any results on my cellulite on my thighs yet. I will say that my hamstrings don't build up much tension since using this remedy. I like to use it after a night workout. It seems so pleasant. I think not only does it help improve circulation but it also drains the lymphatic system which can help with your fat cells. While I like it, I just wish the grip was soft.
