Pros: - Reasonable price - Versatility - Wrist strap/stand - Pen holder - Gripping rubber edge Cons: - Rubber doesn't fit 100% perfectly. I would call it 95%. - It seems a bit cheap. Time will tell how well it holds up. I use it to visit workplaces, take photos, mark up photos and plans. So I rarely have a flat surface to work on, I usually hold my iPad and take notes on it. This allows me to hold it securely in one hand (through the back strap) and write easily with the other. I have never used a shoulder strap. The pencil hole makes it easy for me to park it so I don't lose it. Getting a pencil with one hand isn't exactly easy, but it's doable. Overall I really like this case. It's not ideal. But I didn't pay for perfection.
