I have Bosch, Irwin and Milwaukee bit holders and this one and this one is my favorite. The bit holder locking mechanism is unremarkable compared to the brands mentioned and this one works in the right way! On the Milwaukee version, pulling the locking mechanism toward the racquet, rather than away from the racquet, unlocks the locking mechanism. If you are working on ladders or other platforms where you have a hole or slot where you can insert a drill/hammer with a bit holder into the hole or slot, pulling it out will not unlock the mechanism. I had other brands of screwdrivers for nuts when I took a tool with a bit holder and the locking mechanism engaged and unlocked in the hole of the ladder due to the working direction. TL; DR It's unobtrusive, the locking mechanism works better than other brands, and it's durable! I use them hard when doing commercial glazing.
