I would rate this app as one of my favorite mobile applications; it integrates seamlessly into our medical practice's electronic system (which we use to bill insurance carriers). It has been easy to train employees to operate and navigate it in less than 2 weeks! We are trying to solve several issues in improving documentation times which often requires more staff time - such benefits include reduction in "manual entries", faster followup documentation from intake or discharge letters and much improved accuracy/data quality. I like how easy it was when we first started using Clixa! It has made our process of getting reimbursed much easier than before as well as keeping track of all my insurance information in one place so there are no more phone calls back & forth trying figure out what they will cover or not pay us at this time!! We have been able to help many people who otherwise would be lost without access because you can't get into your doctor's office due to COVID restrictions but still need care.
