Nice monitor. Arrived quickly and fairly easy to set up. What I got was a lemon. Worked great for 1 day and then stopped working. Can not be switched on. Kind regards. fixed the problem and accepted the return. I've been waiting for a replacement for 10 days. 10/25/21 - update - new monitor arrived - same problem. I think the monitor is configured via DP input, but there is no DP port on my laptop. You can use a DP->HDMI cable, but you cannot enter the monitor's input menu to make changes to the monitor. I'm disappointed. I bought an adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D2HSH4D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), plugged it in and the monitor works. Tech support should have suggested an adapter and saved me a few weeks. The monitor looks great. Experience was 1/10
