The concept of the system is good as is the set up

I bought 5 of these. The concept of the system is good, as is the installation. But after just a month of operation, one of them gives false alarms and doesn't respond to pressing the mute or reset button. I'm guessing it's $50 junk now. Fingers crossed for the other 4. Update: well I lowered the price and bought a replacement for the broken one and guess what: it broke right out of the box. It is not linked to any of the others despite being an identical model. So I bought six of them and two are defective. Downgrading this product to 1 star for extreme unreliability.
