Review on 🛍️ Dry-Packs Mylar Bags and 300cc Oxygen Absorbers for Long Term Food Storage, 10"x14", 1 Gallon, Pack of 50 by Jennifer Bernard

I bought them when I saw they were cheaper - less than $25 - 50 pack. I didn't come by. I'm so glad I didn't! Got mine from OakTea and I have to say super fast shipping and everything was fine and the 1 cent shipping price couldn't have been better! I love this pouch size, perfect for preparing small portions. I can easily fit 12 1/2 cups of durum wheat, oxygen scavengers, and room to iron the edges. I don't have a vacuum, so I use the side of the aluminum box flush with my iron (turn off the steam) set on medium. This gives an ideal size seal. (FYI - 12 1/2 cups of wheat is just over 5.5 pounds - which means you can just take a bag and fill a No. 10 jar that you use daily, which I do.) Oatmeal with 13 cup capacity and plenty of room for sealing. No problem. I've even made a few smaller flaxseed bags by sealing the horizontal center of the bag by sealing the open edge by cutting the center of the horizontal seam I made (my box is 1 inch high). wide), trim off the ends of the vertical side, and then fill like I would do a full gallon bag, only in smaller portions. Works fantastic! :o) I have to say I'm very satisfied, the bags work as they should and the oxygen scavengers ** did their job too (** see update below) Unbeatable.
