After I bought and installed this modem and had the issue of about half the websites not loading, I called D-Link support and was told that this is "End of Life" D-Link does not provide product support and is not guaranteed. The only support available is "Premium" support. Very expensive. D-Link support is a waste of time. I reinstalled my Frontier modem and everything works great with my new router. I just hope to get it back since I already have it installed. Additional note on D-Link support: When I first called the tech and told her I couldn't reach the Revain website, she told me there must be a problem with the Revain website itself. I laughed a little at that because if it did I think it would have made the national news.
