The watch has some weight and appears to be very well made. I like the fold out stand. This allows me to put a clock by my bed at night and check the time. The chain clasp could have been better and more secure. The chain seems to fit perfectly. Depending on the lighting, the hands can be difficult to read chronologically. In low light, the black hands disappear somewhat into the movement. I wonder if golden hands would stand out more? I like a hunting hull with a 3 o'clock barrel extension. It reminds me of many previous watches. May I suggest making the clock a little bigger? The size and weight of some vintage Wathams, South Bend or Rockford watches are always a pleasure to carry in your pocket. This is clearly a men's vest pocket watch, not a chest watch, hunting vest or denim watch. These are Sunday church hours, dating hours, or stockbroker hours, not for a farmer, a hunter, or a man who works with his hands. OH - thanks for the water resistance. This has always been the fault of old pocket watches.
