Media could not be loaded. My left knee is close to the bone. The orthopedist said that I will soon need a knee prosthesis. I have permanent arthritis in this knee. I use Penetrix cream daily which really reduces inflammation. And I will be very active, I use Aspercreme. Then I found this device to track my treatment. That works great. I'm not a big fan of vibrations, but the heat on my knee really dampens them. The heat level is perfect and not too hot clothes where I can't stand it. It's the perfect heart rate to warm up my knee and it really feels better. I leave it on for 20 minutes with each application. Very glad I found this for me to know. I definitely recommend it!
