My husband and I installed a new patio, and we love sitting outside and enjoying a great day. The patio is in full sun almost all day, which can be nice, but not so wonderful in the peak of summer when the sun makes it simply too hot to enjoy sitting outside. Originally, we had umbrellas on the patio to keep the sun's rays at bay, however, on a particularly breezy day, a strong wind gust picked up the umbrella and sent it sailing right through our screened pool area. We searched the Internet for better options and came across the Sun Shade Canopy. The canopy arrived in the mail promptly, looked exactly as advertised, and was obviously made of strong, durable material, and is a quality product. We have had the canopy up for several weeks now, and we love it! It was easy to hang, not too heavy, and blocks out a great deal of sun. It's also water permeable, which is a good thing when considering rain. The canopy allows water to seep through, so that it doesn't collect on top of the canvas and weigh it down. It has also held up nicely on very breezy days, is aesthetically pleasing to look at, can be easily moved and manipulated, and my husband and our family and friends have been enjoying the shade it has provided. Overall, it's a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for alternative ways to provide a shady spot.
