Cute and well-made accessories for special occasions

I wore it with friends at Easter and got a lot of extras. The basic material looks like straw, but it is a fabric. You can attach it to the headband. My only complaint is that it moved with the wind which made me want to hold onto it, other than that I'm very happy with it. It will be ideal for future races.
