Best sharpener I have ever used. I also prefer it over most electric ones as they tend to sharpen in one direction if you don't use it properly. It features a ratcheting mechanism so it's easy and non-tiring to use, and since you can twist the sharpener instead of the pencil, it's also ergonomic. I think I read that someone had trouble draining. it's really not that hard. You need a small fingernail and only open a small door. My little kids can do this. It stops sharpening from time to time but that's because I break the tip. Just change the point size to a larger setting and the point will be released. Bought two for the kids, two for me and one for the house. I am taking the time to write a review for the pencil sharpener so yes I really like it.
