Broke on day one

Remote control doesn't work, doesn't actually turn it off. You have to catch it to turn it off. The remote only started one of them, and the second one broke on the first day. At first it took off quickly and got stuck in the ceiling, now the bottom set of wings doesn't spin at all. My kids bought this with their own money earned at the lemonade stand and were so excited. You are so disappointed. In theory it should have been fun, but now it's a waste of their hard-earned money.
