Not Worth the Investment
This cutting board arrived in poor condition with scratches and rough spots all over... The bamboo is not high quality and doesn't hold up well under heavy use. As my tests showed the board is also prone to warping and doesn't lay flat. While the idea of a bamboo cutting board is great for the environment, this product fell short in terms of practicality and durability. The only positive is the aesthetically pleasing shape..
