This little pump works great when used as a motorized siphon. If you put the gas tank on the ground and try to inflate the gas tank of a fender mounted mower, the flow will decrease exponentially with every inch you lift the outlet hose. The original intention was to be able to put the 5 gallon jar on the floor so my dad didn't have to hold the jar until it was empty. Although the hose reached from the ground to the tank, the flow stopped. I made a shelf next to the mower so it works more like a siphon and works great (like any siphon?!). I'm giving it 3 stars because it didn't serve its intended purpose. Maybe my expectations were too high?
