I bought this bamboo stool for two reasons. First I needed a step stool to make it easier for her to go to the bathroom by herself. The second reason is that studies have shown that you should tilt your legs while pooping. According to science, this tendency makes it easier for the digestive system/intestines to pass feces. So far this has worked well for both reasons. An added bonus is that it's made from bamboo, meaning it's pretty durable; it is very easy to wipe, disinfect and clean. Assembly was fairly easy and all the necessary tools were included. It does its job well, so I can recommend it.
