I bought these because I was looking for new tail holders to use while running. The only ones I've found that don't slip are the elastics that pull on your hair. And now this one! I'm pleasantly surprised at how good they are. Very strong hold - won't slip or pull hair. For the record, my hair is thinning and a little thinning due to age, and three times around is perfect. I've had them recently to test their strength, but they don't seem to be losing shape anytime soon. My only wish is that they come in more colors. I would buy them all!
