I just installed a new tank and this pump on my 1996 K1500. At the first start, the needle of the manometer bounced off. I filled the tank and it filled up. As I continued driving this tank, the sensor got stuck a little less than halfway. Filled up again, and the sensor is still stuck at a little under half. Didn't move at all. Now I will decide if I want to replace it or if I just like the fuel level sensor not working. Looking back, I think I would have gotten a good quality pump from a trusted source.
