I bought this while looking for ball styles. I have extreme edema which is chronic so it's great to have one that is much wider than ball styles and seems to hold the chill for some time. I am considering buying a second one now to keep one in the fridge or freezer while I use and reheat the other. Remember that I use it on my feet and it's very good for feet when you have problems like plantar f. etc. However, I might still like the spherical shape for my neck, uppers and armpits. Some terrain contours of your body can be a bit difficult to navigate in the valleys. Still, it's a decent cool-to-COLD tool and I haven't had any quality issues so far.
