Poor quality parts and service

These bulbs are very good when they work but they failed after less than a year (see pics). There is "a small fee of just $5 to cover shipping and handling on this item." When the replacement bulbs arrived, I noticed that the hole you put the plug in doesn't match the original . Therefore the part is not tight. There are also no quality control stickers on the new ones. UPDATE: 02/27/2021 Light replacement failed again. Don't even think about buying them. This is a waste of time and money.
